Pre-order Policy
When an item is listed as Pre-Order it means that it is not yet in stock but is available for purchase in advance of its release date. Pre-orders are shipped once the item is in stock. The expected shipment time for a Pre-Order item is listed in the description of the product. Actual delivery times for a Pre-Order item may vary. Delivery time is dependent on the manufacturer’s production and shipment of the product to us. Any delay is beyond our control and responsibility.
Pre-Order items can be added to your cart just like any other item. When you’re done shopping, head to checkout and pay. Your card will be charged at the time of order placement. Payment will reserve the Pre-Ordered item and ensures you are in the priority lane to get your item as soon as it is in stock.
If your orders combines in-stock and Pre-Order items, we will wait to ship your order until the pre-ordered items become available. If you’d like us to ship all available items first, please make two separate purchases - one for the in-stock items and another for Pre-Order items.
Pre-Order items may only be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours from purchase. If you cancel after 24 hours from purchase you will receive store credit only. No cancellation (even for store credit) is permitted within 14-days of the expected release of the Pre-Order item.
Pre-Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable except if the item has a manufacturer defect covered under warranty.
If you are unsure about Pre-Ordering please wait until the item is released. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have inventory at that time.
