Where do you ship?
We ship domestically in the United States and internationally, except where prohibited by local laws, restrictions and manufacturer/distributor agreements. We will cancel any orders this affects and contact you. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes, if shipping to Puerto Rico, select United States as the "Country/Region" and then select Puerto Rico as the "State".
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico will depend on the size, weight, shipping method and destination of the shipment.
For international orders, shipping will depend on the size, weight, shipping method and destination of the shipment. In addition, any carrier charge, taxes, import/customs fees or any other fees that may apply will be the customer’s responsibility. These vary from country to country.
How fast is shipping?
All orders are processed and scheduled for shipping only Monday through Friday. Orders made after 12pm will be shipped the next day. International orders may take a few days to process. Shipping time will depend on the destination and shipping method selected. Once the package leaves our store, we cannot guarantee shipping times for domestic or international orders as they depend on the carrier and, for international shipments, may vary depending on customs processing. Shipping times estimated at checkout are neither controlled nor guaranteed by iamracketsports. Delivery made outside of the estimated shipping time will not be cause for a refund. We are not responsible for any delays caused by orders made near or during the holidays.
What if a package is undeliverable?
If your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable for any reason (including if you gave us the wrong address), we can refund the price of your items, once items are returned to us, minus shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15%. We can also attempt to resend the package but you’ll have to pay the shipping charges again.
Can items be shipped to a freight forwarder?
If you ship to freight forwarder you assume all responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen packages and the item will be non-returnable and non-refundable.
Is shipping to a non-residential address possible?
If shipping to a non-residential address, we may require proof of your stay at the designated address and signature delivery. The customer must plan ahead and select/pay for a shipping option that ensures the package will arrive at least 48 hours before the customer's departure, keeping in mind that carrier delays are common. The customer will be responsible for any fees associated with the delivery of the package, including expedited shipping and any fees imposed by any third party for accepting and holding the delivery, if any. If the package does not arrive on time, we will not be held responsible. If the package is uncollected and returned (including for untimely delivery), the purchase will be refunded to the customer, minus the shipping costs to and back from the designated address (if free shipping was selected the actual costs of shipping will be deducted) and any transaction fees.
What if a shipment is damaged on delivery?
Upon receipt, inspect the package right away and let us know within 48 hours whether the item has any defect or damage. If you notice that the box is damaged, take photos of the box from all six sides before opening it. This is necessary for us to file a claim with the carrier in case the products inside are also damaged and to assist you with a return or replacement. If the product is also damaged, take photos of the item and the inside of the box. If signature is required upon delivery, do not sign or accept delivery of the package if it is visibly damaged without first noting the damage on all copies of delivery receipt (and other relevant shipping docs) and inspecting the box's content to make sure the product inside is not also damaged.
