How to return or exchange a product

Unused/unworn products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs which are non-refundable). To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Warranty and refund is only valid for the original purchaser.
- We will not accept any item that is returned more than 30 days from the date of receipt.
- To return an item, please send an email to support@iamracketsports.com with the following information:
(a) customer name, email and telephone number;
(b) receipt number;
(c) item number or product name;
(d) reason for return; and
(e) the product you wish to exchange for, if any.
- Once we receive all the necessary information, we will send you a prepaid return label for you to print. If you do not have a printer, please let us know and we will mail one to you. The item must be dropped off at shipping carrier within 7 days. Please note that the address on the prepaid return label must be the same address we originally shipped the product to.

Box up your item in its original packing and drop it off at the indicated shipping office and retain the tracking information or drop-off receipt.

The rest is up to us! We will notify you once your request has been processed.
Is return shipping free?
- No, any shipping costs associated with an item that is returned will be your responsibility. Therefore, we will deduct from any refund return shipping, as well as outbound shipping, even if you selected free outbound shipping.
Can a product (eg. paddle or bag) be returned or exchanged?

All products must be returned in brand new condition.

Any product that is returned in unused condition will be issued a full refund (minus shipping costs which are non-refundable).

iamBeachTennis will NOT accept used products for return. We will not, for example, accept paddles with ball fuzz or scrapes on the paddle or with the tag or plastic removed from the handle.
- Used products will be returned to the customer. The shipping cost of any used product and subsequent return of the product will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If your product comes with a scratch, dent or any other damage or defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the product in order to return or exchange it and be eligible for a refund. If purchasing your product by hand, you must inspect it on site for scratches, dents or any other damage or defect. If the product is then purchased by hand, you accept any such imperfections and the product is non-returnable and non-refundable except if it has a manufacturer defect covered under warranty. It is common for rackets to have slight imperfections in the factory applied paint. Minor imperfections are not considered scratches, damage or defect.
- A defective product must be returned within 14 days from us notifying you that the manufacturer agrees to cover the racket under the warranty.
Can apparel/accessories be returned or exchanged?

Apparel/Accessories and Equipment must be returned in brand new condition, clean and with all tags attached. Items cannot be washed or must be unworn. Apparel items carry NO warranty from the manufacturer.

Bags, nets, lines, balls and all other accessories must be returned unused and with their original package and labels.
- Items returned that do not comply with these guidelines will either be returned to the customer, or issued a iamBeachTennis store credit, at the discretion of iamBeachTennis. All shipping associated with the item will be the customer’s responsibility.
Are sale items refundable?
- No, sales items are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for store credit, defective items will be exchanged for same, or at our discretion store credit.
What if a product goes on sale after I purchase?
- Sales and discounts cannot be applied retroactively. A product cannot be returned in order to be re-purchased at a sale/discount price.
