Order Processing Time
Orders received by Noon, 12am EST (Miami time), Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12am EST, on a weekend or US holiday will be shipped the following business day. If you must receive an order by a specific date, we recommend purchasing expedited guaranteed shipping. Consider that carrier delays are common, so plan ahead and select the best shipping option to safely meet your needs.
Domestic Shipments:
Free Economy Shipping, USPS Parcel Select and ground serive takes an estimated 5-10 business days or longer to certain destinations. Priority Shipping takes an estimated 2-3 business days. Next Day Delivery takes approximately 1 business day. Second day service takes 2 days. Most deliverys in Florida take 1-2 business days. Carrier delays are not uncommon & are outside of our control, so plan accordingly.
Please Note: The only services that offer guaranteed delivery times are UPS Next day air, UPS Second day air and USPS Priority EXPRESS services all other delivery times are estimates.
International Shipments:
Shipping costs exclude local customs fees and duties that may be imposed. Any import duties, taxes and/or fees will be assessed on the full declared invoice value of the goods and services purchased and generally on or prior to delivery. USPS International First Class Package delivery can take 7-21 days plus customs proccessing time. We recommend using DHL Worldwide express for fast delivery.
